as experiências aplicadas para promover e proteger o direito à moradia
adequada da população pobre que vive nestas áreas. A publicação contém
recomendações aos governos municipais para contribuir na elaboração e/ou
revisão dos planos diretores e propor soluções para os
conflitos-urbano-ambientais.
